3. TRUZY BRAND ASSETS

TRUZY has developed a broader creative universe containing names, symbols, characters, artwork, products, concepts, campaigns, and other original brand assets.

Certain names, marks, symbols, slogans, characters, or designs may be registered trademarks, subject to pending applications, protected through copyright, protected through common-law trademark rights, or otherwise protected under applicable law.

The absence of a ™, SM, ®, or © symbol should not be interpreted as a waiver or abandonment of any rights TRUZY WORLD, LLC may possess.

4. TRADEMARK NOTICE

TRUZY, TRUZY WORLD, associated logos, product names, collection names, symbols, slogans, and other source-identifying elements may constitute trademarks or service marks of TRUZY WORLD, LLC where applicable.

Third-party trademarks, company names, product names, sports marks, entertainment properties, or logos appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners unless expressly stated otherwise.

Their appearance does not automatically imply sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, affiliation, or partnership.

5. LIMITED RELEASES & COLLABORATIONS

TRUZY may participate in collaborations, commissions, partnerships, licensed projects, cultural projects, sporting events, entertainment projects, and special releases.

Rights associated with third-party intellectual property used in an authorized collaboration remain subject to the applicable agreement and ownership rights of the respective parties.

A TRUZY collaboration does not transfer ownership of TRUZY's independently owned intellectual property to the collaborating party unless expressly agreed in writing.

Likewise, TRUZY does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property merely because it appears within an authorized collaborative project.

6. NO LICENSE GRANTED

Except where expressly authorized in writing, nothing contained on this Site grants any license or right to use TRUZY intellectual property.

You may not commercially reproduce, manufacture, distribute, modify, republish, display, sell, license, or create unauthorized derivative products from protected TRUZY materials.

Artificial intelligence training datasets where such restriction is enforceable under applicable law

Permitted uses under applicable law, including applicable fair-use rights, are not restricted by this notice.

7. COUNTERFEIT & UNAUTHORIZED MERCHANDISE

The unauthorized manufacture, reproduction, distribution, or sale of merchandise presented as genuine TRUZY merchandise is prohibited.

TRUZY WORLD, LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected counterfeit activity and pursue remedies available under applicable law.

Purchasing a genuine TRUZY product does not grant the purchaser a license to reproduce, manufacture, or commercially exploit the design or branding associated with that product.

8. DIGITAL CONTENT & ARTWORK

Artwork, graphics, photography, illustrations, character designs, product imagery, advertisements, campaign materials, and other digital content published through TRUZY-controlled channels may be protected intellectual property.

Downloading, screenshotting, reposting, or otherwise accessing content does not transfer ownership of that content.

Personal sharing of publicly available TRUZY content may be permitted where the content is not materially altered, misrepresented, sold, or presented as belonging to another creator or business.

Commercial use requires authorization unless otherwise permitted by law.

9. USER SUBMISSIONS

Submitting ideas, designs, artwork, photographs, concepts, proposals, or other creative materials to TRUZY does not automatically establish a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, confidentiality obligation, or ownership interest in TRUZY WORLD, LLC.

Do not submit confidential or proprietary concepts unless an appropriate written agreement is already in place.

Where TRUZY requests user-generated content for promotional use, applicable permissions and terms may be provided separately.

10. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Site may contain links, references, integrations, embedded content, or materials relating to third parties.

TRUZY WORLD, LLC does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, or other intellectual property unless expressly stated.

TRUZY makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information on the Site.

Because many TRUZY products are print-on-demand, made-to-order, handcrafted, customized, or produced through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners, minor differences may exist between digital product representations and finished merchandise.

Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, materials, and manufacturing processes.
