Throughout these Terms, "TRUZY," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business operating the Site. "You" and "your" refer to any visitor, customer, or other user of the Site.

By visiting the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

TRUZY offers apparel, footwear, accessories, collectibles, creative products, limited releases, collaborations, and other merchandise.

Many TRUZY products are produced using a print-on-demand or made-to-order production model.

Products may therefore begin production only after an order has been placed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase.

  • Discontinue products without notice.

  • Restrict sales to certain individuals, regions, or jurisdictions.

  • Modify product specifications when reasonably necessary.

  • Limit or cancel orders when appropriate.

  • Establish special terms for limited releases, collaborations, pre-orders, or exclusive products.

All products are subject to availability.

3. PRODUCT IMAGES & COLORS

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately.

However, colors and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your device, screen, lighting, photography, manufacturing process, materials, and other factors.

Minor variations may occur between product images and finished products, particularly with print-on-demand or made-to-order merchandise.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

4. PRICING

Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, inaccurate product information, promotional errors, or other mistakes.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees may be added during checkout when required.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price presented and accepted at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud.

  • Unauthorized transactions.

  • Pricing or inventory errors.

  • Product availability.

  • Suspected resale or automated purchasing activity.

Because made-to-order products may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

TRUZY does not guarantee that every payment method will always remain available.

8. PRINT-ON-DEMAND & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

A significant portion of TRUZY merchandise may be produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated production and fulfillment periods are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible once production begins.

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Delivery dates provided by TRUZY, fulfillment partners, or shipping carriers are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

TRUZY is not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, defective products, and incorrect orders are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because many TRUZY products are made to order, return eligibility may differ from traditional retail merchandise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

11. LIMITED RELEASES & COLLABORATIONS

Certain TRUZY products may be released in limited quantities or through special collaborations, events, pre-orders, or exclusive drops.

These products may be subject to additional terms concerning:

  • Availability

  • Purchase limits

  • Production schedules

  • Shipping schedules

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

Product-specific terms presented at the time of purchase will apply in addition to these Terms.

12. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, free-shipping offers, and other incentives may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Discounts cannot be combined.

  • Discounts have no cash value.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Promotions may be modified or discontinued.

  • Certain products or releases may be excluded.

TRUZY reserves the right to cancel or reject promotional activity involving fraud, abuse, manipulation, or technical errors.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its content may contain intellectual property owned by or licensed to TRUZY, including trademarks, trade dress, logos, graphics, artwork, characters, product designs, photographs, videos, written content, slogans, symbols, illustrations, packaging concepts, and other creative materials.

This includes, where legally protected, TRUZY branding and associated original creative properties.

Your purchase of a TRUZY product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property embodied in or associated with that product.

Except as permitted by applicable law or with prior written authorization, you may not:

  • Reproduce our protected content.

  • Copy or imitate our designs for commercial purposes.

  • Manufacture unauthorized reproductions.

  • Sell counterfeit TRUZY merchandise.

  • Use our trademarks or branding in a manner likely to cause confusion.

  • Modify and commercially redistribute our artwork.

  • Scrape or systematically extract Site content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

14. USER CONTENT

If you submit photographs, reviews, comments, feedback, ideas, messages, or other content to us, you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that material.

You may not submit content that unlawfully infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Unless separate terms are provided, submitting feedback or ideas does not obligate TRUZY to compensate you or use the submission.

Any use of customer-created photographs, videos, testimonials, or other identifiable promotional content by TRUZY will remain subject to applicable law and any permissions required under that law.

15. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Site to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringe intellectual property rights.

  • Transmit malicious software or harmful code.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

  • Collect personal information unlawfully.

TRUZY is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, policies, or services of third parties except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the Site will always operate without interruption or error.

We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue portions of the Site when reasonably necessary.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service interruptions, security issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure by TRUZY to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms presented during purchase, constitute the agreement between you and TRUZY concerning your use of the Site and applicable purchases.

25. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the business operating
